Q: How do I become a member?
A: Membership is by invitation. Please speak with a current GNYAP member for details.

Q: Is the Greater New York Academy of Prosthodontics part of the general prosthodontic dental community?
A:
Yes, the GNYAP participates in national prosthodontic issues, either as an independent organization or together with the
American
College
of Prosthodontists via the Prosthodontic Forum.

Q: How many meetings does the Academy have every year?
A:
Each year there are quarterly Board meetings, numerous committee meetings, 2 membership business meetings and 2 scientific sessions. Non-members may attend the annual scientific session held in early December.

Guests may be invited to this meeting by contacting any member for information or Carol Bensky in our executive offices at (201) 440-6522.

The Forum is a group of regional and national dental organizations with a particular and specific interest in prosthodontics. The Forum is sponsored through the
American
College
of Prosthodontics and meets at least annually. Issues addressed by the Forum are not directly related to a scientific meeting.
